Shipping and Return Policy
How much do you charge for shipping?
For all our prints, shipping fees will be listed above the checkout buttons on the right side of the artwork page. The shipping fee will be automatically added to your order or offer during checkout.
Will I need to sign for my package upon delivery?
Your tracking number will generally indicate whether a signature is required to receive a shipment. If you’re worried about a shipment, we recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive your work, like an office building.
How will shipping work? How much will it cost?
Like most online platforms we calculate shipping costs according to the provided shipping address. Our costs are as follows:
NAIROBI COUNTY – FREE SHIPPING
REST OF KENYA – KSH 200 PER ITEM ON CART
Kindly note that the fees stated above are calculated with a weight estimate of 0.5kg. Additional charges will apply in cases of bulk ordering. An amount of twice the shipping fee will be paid per product if you’re buying in bulk.
What’s your refund policy?
Our policy is valid for a period of 15 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a full refund. If the period of 15 days has elapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- The product is not as described
- The product must be unused
- The product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
In order to return an order, you must contact us first.
Returns can be mailed to: P.O Box 2702 00202 Makueni Rd, Kileleshwa Nairobi, Kenya. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will refund the shipping costs upon receiving the items.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

Where can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email from email@example.com whenever there is an update to your order. The shipping confirmation email will include tracking information so that you may follow along with your shipment. All of our goods are shipped via our own delivery team so rest assured that the status of your order will be made available to you upon request.
Can I cancel or return a work I ordered if I change my mind?
In most cases sales are final. However, in the rare case that the artwork was not accurately described prior to purchase or if it was damaged when shipped, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I pick up the work in person?
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are limiting in-person pick-ups. Nevertheless, some works are available for local pickup. This is only possible for customers living within Nairobi CBD.
If you opt to pick up your work, our team will contact you once your order is confirmed to coordinate timing and logistics.
