1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services

Cchora Studio provides design services including, but not limited to, branding, web design, social media strategy, packaging design, and consulting. Specific terms related to each project will be outlined in a project agreement or contract.

3. Intellectual Property

All design materials, concepts, and products provided by Cchora Studio are the intellectual property of Cchora Studio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Upon full payment, clients will receive the rights to use the designs for the agreed-upon purposes (e.g., branding, packaging, marketing).
Cchora Studio reserves the right to showcase the work done for clients in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

4. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimated based on the agreed scope of work. Delays in client feedback, approvals, or provision of materials (e.g., copy, images) may impact the project delivery time.
Cchora Studio will not be responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to technical issues or third-party delays.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revisions, as stated in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra costs.
Once final approval is given by the client, any further revisions will be treated as new work and billed accordingly.

6. Payments and Fees

Cchora Studio requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee before commencing work, unless otherwise agreed upon.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project before the final files are delivered.
Late payments may result in delayed project delivery. Cchora Studio reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment is received.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel a project at any time. However, the deposit is non-refundable, and any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
Cchora Studio reserves the right to cancel or refuse a project if the client breaches these terms or engages in unethical practices. In such cases, the client will be responsible for paying for work completed to date.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cchora Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our liability for any claim related to the services provided will not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the project in question.
Cchora Studio will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by using third-party services or tools (e.g., hosting providers, plugins).

9. Confidentiality

Cchora Studio respects client confidentiality. We agree not to disclose any confidential information provided by the client during the course of the project, except as required by law or as necessary to carry out the project.
Similarly, clients agree not to disclose any confidential or proprietary information related to Cchora Studio’s business operations, pricing, or methods without prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

Certain projects may involve third-party services (e.g., hosting platforms, printing services). While Cchora Studio may assist in facilitating these services, we are not responsible for the performance, availability, or quality of third-party services.
Any disputes or issues with third-party services must be handled directly with the third-party provider.

11. Use of Website

The content on our website (www.cchora.com) including text, images, and graphics is the property of Cchora Studio and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.
Users of our website agree not to engage in any illegal activities, spamming, or hacking attempts while using our site.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time without notice.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a project for any reason by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for paying all fees for work completed up to the termination date.
Cchora Studio may terminate any service or agreement with a client if they fail to comply with these terms or engage in unethical behavior.

13. Governing Law
