Who creates the artworks in your store?
All our artworks are created by our in-house artists and designers. In addition, artists who sell their artworks on our platform are contracted to produce exclusive prints in our store. All this artists are listed on our website. We sell both canvas and paper prints although, not all artworks are available both in canvas and print.
How do you package your prints when shipping?
All of our prints are framed and packaged safely in our custom cardboard packages.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit & Debit Cards through PAYPAL. PayPal is the most secure payment gateway so rest assured your information is protected. We also accept M-PESA payments on Pay On Delivery option.
What is your return policy on purchased products?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. place the item securely in its original packaging [and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided/and other], and mail your return the company address.
